Kalakrithi accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Payments must first clear before sculptures are shipped.

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order, provided that the shipping process has not yet been initiated for the same Order.

Kalakrithi will accept returns on any purchases within 30 days for money back or exchange. No questions asked! Shipping charges are refunded on returns that are the fault of Kalakrithi, or if there is the unlikely event of damage during shipping. Kalakrithi does not refund shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the statue. A 4% service charge is applied to returns. The return fee and shipping charges are waived if Kalakrithi or the shipping company is at fault. If the customer is returning the sculpture, it must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to our India address.
